Yes. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us by email. For date or time changes, we kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible.
- Up to 101 days before the event: Free of charge
- From Reservation Confirmation (100 days before the event) to 14 days before the event: ¥5,500 cancellation fee
- 14 to 7 days before the event: 30% of the total amount
- 7 to 4 days before the event: 50% of the total amount
- 3 days before the event, on the day of the event, or no-show: 100% of the total amount
